Early bird Registration deadline: June 30th
Conference Starts: August 20th

You can register for the conference following the link found at the end of this page.

Please, first observe the following points:

• Each paper needs to be covered by at least one full (non-student) registration.
• Each full registration can cover at most 2 papers. Please indicate the number of the paper(s) covered by your registration in the appropriate place in the registration form.
• If you require an invitation letter, please email cog19registration@qmul.ac.uk. We can only provide invitation letters to delegates who have paid a registration fee and have at least one paper accepted at the conference.
• Refunds will not be allowed after 15th July 2019.
• If you are a student, please send valid proof of your student status (letter from your University, student card, etc) to cog19registration@qmul.ac.uk
• If you are an IEEE member, please send a scan or a picture of your IEEE membership card to cog19registration@qmul.ac.uk, indicating your full name.
• If you are a speaker in the Industry Day, please email cog19registration@qmul.ac.uk if you wish to attend the full IEEE Conference.
• We have a limited low cost / student accommodation at QMUL residences. If you wish to book any of these rooms, please do so following the appropriate steps in the registration process. The number of these rooms is limited.
