Please take comments by the reviewers carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The final full paper is due on June 5th, 2020. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.
There are 4 steps you have to follow for the production of the proceedings after making final changes to your paper:

The appropriate notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. The copyright notice is as follows:
If you are using LaTeX, you can include the following snippet directly in your main .tex file (just before the \maketitle command):
(Please amend appropriately for US, EU or Crown, if that's your case).
If the notice is not showing up, try:
Please add the copyright clearance notice to the bottom left corner of your first page.
Your finished paper will then need to be validated by the IEEE PDF eXpress service.

Once your paper has passed the PDF check, please upload the resulting file in EasyChair using your "Proceedings Author" role for CoG 2020.

You will be able to sign a copyright agreement with IEEE on EasyChair using the main menu tab "Proceedings". One of these forms needs to be filled out for each paper.
