Author/Speaker Registration Deadline: July 22nd (We sent the account information to each Author/Speaker registrant on July 24. If you did not receive it, please let us (ruck@is.ritsumei.ac.jp) know as soon as possible.)
Non-Speaker/Non-Author Registration Period: July 23rd - August 5th 12th (We plan to send each Non-Speaker/Non-Author registrant the account information on August 17.)
Conference Starts: August 24th

Please first observe the following points:

• @Author/Speaker: Each paper needs to be covered by at least one full (non-student) registration -- 250 USD for Non-IEEE Member, 150 USD for IEEE Member including Student Member, and 50 USD for Industry Session Speaker -- by the author/speaker registration deadline.
• @Author/Speaker: Please indicate the paper ID covered by your registration in the appropriate place in the registration form.
• Refunds will not be allowed after August 20th.
